Return Policy
Processing your order, product manufacturing, and delivery requires 5 to 12 days to ensure your order reaches you.
Items sold by https://Kiddito.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, contact the Kiddito team for assistance.
The ownership and risk of loss for your products will transfer to you once you take possession of them.
RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Kiddito at contact@Kiddito.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Returning the Package
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at contact@Kiddito.com so we can cancel it before it is processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are correct. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@Kiddito.com to make changes.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping details.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this applies to you, please send us an email at contact@Kiddito.com.
